During the front-end transition to React, we had a chance to rework the dashboard experience. The goal wasn't just a visual update, we needed to fix UX issues where critical errors were easy to miss. We focused on making these states more prominent so merchants could quickly understand what went wrong and how to fix it.

To reduce third-party software costs and integrate specific features more easily, Yandex Market decided to develop its own CRM. I joined the team for the initial phase, focusing on an MVP that allowed operators to process email requests.

I redesigned the checkout process, consolidating multiple steps into a single page. This was a massive collaborative effort involving over 40 people. I focused on analyzing 100+ use cases and user pain points to transform complex business logic into a simple, intuitive interface.

Ozon.travel Mobile App

In tandem with another talented designer, we designed a whole new version of the mobile app for Ozon Travel (an OTA with 3M MAU) from scratch. This included collecting use cases, creating a component library, conducting UX research, and supporting the dev team through the launch.

As one of the organisers, I helped evaluate test tasks during the selection phase and then guided mentees through their product design internship at Yandex Market. It was a meaningful and fun experience for me.

Ärztie

Ärztie is a mobile app for finding doctors and booking appointments online. Created as a study project for the Google UX Design Professional Certificate.
